Covid-19 infeksiyasının qarşısının alınması və nəzarətinin əsas prinsipləri barədə

Yeni insan koronavirüsünün (COVID-19 virusu da adlandırılan SARS-CoV-2) səbəb olduğu COVID-19, ürək-damar sisteminin mövcud patologiyaları səbəbiylə ≥60 yaş arası insanlarda daha yüksək ölüm ilə xarakterizə olunur, xroniki tənəffüs xəstəlikləri və bədənin ümumi toxunulmazlığını zəiflədən diabet və xərçəng. COVID-19 infeksiyasının yayılmasının qarşısının alınması və nəzarətinə dair bu tövsiyələr, COVID-19-un ötürülmə qaydalarının 2003 SARS-CoV epidemiyasına bənzər olduğu əsaslı bir fərziyyəyə (çox sayda müşahidələrlə təsdiq edilmişdir) əsaslanır: bu xəstəliyə yoluxmuş insanların öskürməsi və asqırması, habelə müvafiq çirklənmiş səthlərlə mexaniki təmas nəticəsində əmələ gələn COVID-19 virusları ilə dolu hava damcıları. SARS-CoV üçün həm tənəffüs aparatlarının, həm də cərrahi üz maskalarının istifadəsinin infeksiya riskini% 80-ə qədər azalda biləcək bir səviyyədə qorunma təmin etdiyinə dair dəlillər mövcuddur (şəkil 1, 2).
